They rush too quickly and they do an awful quick job. Definitely not happy with their fast and unprofessional service . I got jabbed with the instrument on my tonsil while the dentist was using to take off my wisdom tooth. Along with his front desk girl.

She is lazy and she still hasn’t called me for any of the appointments she is suppose to set up. Definitely will be finding another dentist 🦷.

Best Experience ever with my teeth journey. They really look at all aspects of your teeth look to give you the best outcome. In addition the receptionist does a great job with working with late arrivals and rescheduling appointments when emergencies arises.

My family and I have been going to My Smile Dental for over 3 years and their services are impeccable. They are truly attentive, courteous and professional, especially their Office Manager Alexandra…who’s warm and gracious presence will definitely charm you. We have visited all of their offices and never have been disappointed.

I would highly recommend that you visit anyone of their offices….

I had written a review of a negative experience I had with My Smile. Minutes after I posted it I was called by the general manager of the office and she was very kind to explain why my inconvenience occured and proceeded to help me with my problem. I truly respect the level of professionalism I received in such a trying time.
