Today I went in as a first time patient and a saw Dr. Patel, she was fantastic! She saw I was visibly upset as the bonding in my front tooth came out and have 2 special occasions in a few days. Well she told me not to worry and did me a favor by fixing it on the spot and did a perfect job…..Feel so comfortable and trusting of them already

I had an emergency dental situation where my root canal was infected and they told me my insurance doesn’t accept X-ray because I had gotten an x-ray a month before. Basically They gave me such a hard time. They didn’t end up fixing my teeth and they will not do anything for free.

I came in for some dental work, two of my teeth were bonded together so I could not floss or bite down correctly. I called next day 8/22 @ 2:20pm to see if I could see another provider specifically Dr. Patel because I did not feel comfortable going back to first doctor in the same practice and was told it was not possible to see Dr. Patel and that if I did not like the work that was done I could go somewhere else. I thought this was extremely rude being that I was very nice and was just asking to see someone else I did not even talk down on the previous provider I just would feel more comfortable with someone else at this point.

You guys should really have your front desk work on their professionalism and the way they speak to your patients. Great doctors and I had a good visit overall here but the staff was extremely disgusting over the phone. Response to your message down below: DR. PATEL is NOT the only doctor in your practice as I DID NOT SEE HER I SAW DR. LIYA, with that being said you also billed me under an incorrect provider bc Dr.

Patel never saw me, and if you think being told " that if I did not like the work that was done I could go somewhere else" Is not being treated " badly " when all I was requesting was to see Dr. Patel then you need to reevaluate your customer service skills along side with your office. Terrible ! I saw a different office to resolve my issue and as a result was told DR. LIYA cracked my tooth and cracked the filling she had put in herself as well as another filling she put in fell out.

They don't use a hygienist to clean the teeth it's a dental assistant, which is why it's not done correctly. Then when I me turned I was told that's called a deep cleaning. I told them I would call my insurance company and tell them what type of cleaning they called themselves doing. So I thought we worked out something and I asked them to send my ex-ray to the dentist office my choice they agreed! Still to this day they.

I will be calling my insurance company to report them. Don't waist your time unless you don't care about your teeth.
