Dr Rabih Al Faytarouni provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr Rabih Al Faytarouni took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”.

I cannot recommend this clinic. I signed up for a clear treatment plan with scheduled appointments over couple mounth - everything was planned in advance. However, the doctor abruptly canceled the appointments without providing any explanation, even after I had already waited at the office. This not only wasted my time but may have negatively affected my dental health- The doctor damaged not only the teeth he was treating.

. I’m concerned about the lack of professionalism and the way patients are being treated.

staff was nice, welcoming and helpful. Office Manager Alex answered all my questions and provided great customer service. Doctors very patient oriented and made sure all my concerns were addressed and taken care of during my visit. Would recommend Nuva Smile

They are fabulous here!!!!! I had an issue with the Nuvo Smile in old bridge not returning my calls knowing I had to have all my teeth replaced! The front desk answering none of my calls or emails they knew I should have been back in 3 weeks for my first mold to get my new smile the front desk girl is nasty everyone thete could care less I was walking around with no teeth in my mouth!!!! So I called east Brunswick on a satirday and I was in on Monday!!! Have had 2 appointments already in a 5 day span from the call and they have been so wonderful and actually care about my well being and me walking around toothless!! I highly recommend the east Brunswick office they are fabulous!!!!
