I came in for a first time cleaning and all of the staff were very nice. However the dentist came in for my actual cleaning he didn’t explain anything to me, the cleaning was maybe 5 minutes and when I told him I felt like I still had a lot of plaque on my teeth, he just told me he got it all and that I was finished. I spent more time getting x rays and waiting than actually getting my teeth cleaned.

For someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time, I was really looking forward to a thorough appointment and was extremely disappointed.
