Our experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
This staff gave me the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Kim had me laughing all through my route canal. The assistants were loving and understanding. Great conversation before during and after the care.
They were mindful of my pain tolerance, fear, and reactions to what was going on. I was consistently asked if I was alright by all. The receptionist really worked with getting me in the chair as soon as possible. Once I was in the chair it was all love! I have and will continue to recommend Neibaur-Oxon Hill to anybody looking for dental work done. They are a great group of people, doing great work! ❤️

My visit on 5/13/25 was because my crown came loose a week ago and needed ro be re-cemented as I was not having any pain in the crown or any of ny teeth. The crown was oriiginally done there along with a root canal to save the toorh . X-rays were taken with some having to be retaken. Dr. Kim came in and immediately said that I had cavities in all of my front teeth and that they all needed to be pulled and I should replace them with dentures. I stated I have no pain in my teeth and they were stable and I only wanted the crown taken care of. Why would I consent to having all my teeth pulled when I'm not having any problems with them and they are stable. . Dr Kim then said he couldn't do anything about the crown but extract it because of the cavities. I asked to see the X-rays because they no longer have the screen where you could see the X-rays. Dr. Kim said to turn around and there was a laptop with X-rays, but my name did not appear on the screen to denote that the X-rays were mine. I have never been to a dentist that didn't do an examination, but wants to extract all of my teeth and replace them with dentures when my complaint was a loose crown that was done there. . One of the previous dentist recommended maintenance and cleaning every 3 mos, but every appt kept getting canceled because the hygienist was never there. I wasn't offered any other solution.
I am very dissatisfied with this dental clinic. It seems to me as a senior citizen, that the only option available is dentures. Very disappointed. I called on May 14/2025 to request my dental x-rays and notes and was told by Mel, who stated she was the office manager that she would mail my x-rays to me , but Dr. Kim would not give me the notes. I advised that I was entitled to the notes too. I received a call from Mel who said that their legal dept. said I could get the notes, but had to sign for them. I agreed. Previously, Mel said I could come into the office on 5/14/2025 and meet with Dr. Kim again. I went into the office the next day to pickup the notes and asked if Dr. Kim was available to speak with me. I met with him and Mel said she had to be there as a witness. I again asked Dr. Kim to fix my loose crown and he again said no.
I asked how he came to the conclusion that I had cavities in all my front teeth when the tech only took xrays of the crown and the xray he had shown me couldn't be mine and did not have my name or any name associated with it. Dr. Kim didn't examine any of my teeth but just refused to fix it or offer any other solution bessides the extraction. Then Mel chimed in giving an example that to me made no sense and she shouldn't have been apart of the conversation. Dr. Kim had a smirk on his face and then laughed at me. I told him that was very unprofessional. He then made face at me and asked if that was better. I got a second opinion today May 20 2025 and I do not need to have all of my front teeth extracted. The other crown done atI Neiubauer was not done correctly either. The new dentist has given me the perfect given a perfect solution for my my dental needs. My opinion is that Neiubauer takes advantage of people, especially, senior citizens like myself. If you're not sure of the recommendation given by this dental clinic, please seek a second opinion.
