**READ THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY** --2023 REVIEW-- I've been with this practice for years, unfortunately the level of care and work I get done has declined drastically over the last couple years. I payed for whitening trays that when presented to me after purchase were completely unsatisfactory. The top 1/2 the tray was cut way to low not giving my teeth full coverage and had to be redone. I also had some sort of bond applied to cover a vertical dark line in one of my front teeth due to braces as a teen. It was done poorly. It was wavy and not the color I requested and also had to be redone. THIS NEXT PART IS REALLY WHAT GETS ME.

I brought this up to the staff that made the trays and the dentist, and both made me feel shamed and uncomfortable for asking the pertinent questions about quality of work. Following these events, further poor business practices continued, this time with scheduling. They scheduled me for a prepaid deep cleaning. A few days before my appointment the dentist decided to go out of town and canceled my appointment last minute. They were unable to reschedule me before the new year, and therefore I paid for a cleaning I never got. I brought this up with office management and she refused to take ownership and accountability for these events. I gave them the option to rectify the situation by adding that cleaning I paid for to this year's work and I was denied.

Professionalism is a big thing in my book as well as common courtesy. Neither apply to this practice anymore. Upon getting denied I informed them I was going to have to seek out a new practice that would treat their clients better. I asked to be removed from their books and that I would be discontinuing my services with them.
