My most recent visit made me lose all trust in the practice. Staff mixed up my info, failed to read important medical info in chart, rushed me through intake because of their mistakes, etc. I definitely don't feel safe undergoing sedation there after this experience and risking major errors in my care. Also, I don't think political signs belong on the wall of a medical office.

Let’s start with the staff. Everyone was so nice and considerate. My dentist office put the wrong teeth on the referral and they made it super easy for me to get the right one pulled. The doctors was super nice and funny. He kept the mood light. The procedure was very quick and painless and he makes sure you’re taken care of post procedure. I will return to get my wisdom teeth removed :)

Got my husband Michael Broy in, in a great timely manner. They were very kind, patient & had great bedside manner. They took great care of him and made sure everything was fully taken care of and all information was correct before taken him back.

He was very satisfied with how fast they got him in & were able to put him on the cancellation list & surprisingly were able to get him in so soon. We thank them and have appreciate them so very much.

First tooth went fine. Second tooth they put stitches in and never told me. So they came out dangling down in my mouth which scared me since I wasn'tmade aware of stitches, so when I called the office and asked for a follow up I was told over the phone that I was fine without seeing me. I had to cut the dangling stitch out of my mouth myself. That should have been my sign, but I went back.

Third tooth , first of all they tried to take out the wrong tooth, nothing wrong with that one, then, I was supposed to be put to sleep as was the first two times they had , and they said they would, I got the prior authorization, I signed the paperwork but was completely awake and aware for the whole things which I found to be traumatic and terrifying as well as maddening. I won't be back. I should have never come back this third time after the stitches dabacle. It's difficult to get an answer on the phone. They have two offices but don't tell you that when you try to leave a message.

He does not communicate anything to you in the one hour "consultation" where all this should have been discussed, not just written down for HIS information. And I've seen reviews of people saying how caring he was with them, I had three doe and not one followup call. I recommend going somewhere else.
