I really wish people will learn how to speak to people, manager who’s supposed to be professional and correct their staff called me an insensitive human being because he refuses to do what’s right. Please stay away from this practice or company!!!! These people give good doctors such bad names as they’re beyond disgusting and disrespectful. Talk over you as they want to Treat you like dogs or pets that has to take their every command and what they say!!! They’ll proceed to say every customer was threatening, rude and aggressive but will try to justify their so called manager words. I have only seen this practice once.

And due to my newborn being sick with the flu due to change of weather I was told just because of a sickness the doctors will not care for the request for a reschedule. They lie and portray wrongly of patients trying to save their own self. While being called an insensitive outrage human being because of not acknowledging their wrongdoing and properly training of their staff to treat their patients properly. Records of calls made to the office in advance letting them know of the situation and due to writing a review about how their receptionist treat clients solely manager was offended.

Do your job properly if you don’t like negative reviews and treat people with respect as you would want them to treat you.

Terrible experience, especially with the manager. I went to this Dental Office because I had pain in one of my wisdom teeth. After the dentist examined me, they confirmed that only one tooth needed to be removed. But the manager insisted that I remove all of my wisdom teeth, just to make more money from my insurance. The manager was incredibly disrespectful, spoke to me in a rude tone, and even claimed I said things that I absolutely never said.

It felt like the goal of this place is not to provide care, but to profit from patients. I strongly recommend staying away from this office. The way they treat people, especially the manager’s behavior, is unacceptable. It’s not a place I would trust with my dental health again.

The receptionist was friendly and the young woman who took my X-rays was polite and professional. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Brian Alvarez walked in without saying a single word—no greeting, no introduction, not even a basic “Hi, my name is Dr. Alvarez, I’ll be doing your cleaning today. ” His assistant also failed to greet me or acknowledge me in any way. The entire interaction felt cold and rushed.

The cleaning itself lasted less than five minutes. There was no water used to flush my teeth—not even once—and not a single tooth was flossed. How can a dental office consider this a proper cleaning? It felt more like going through the motions than actual care. Patients come in trusting they’ll receive professional treatment, and what I experienced fell far below that standard. I hope this office re-evaluates how they treat people who trust them with their health.
