Their primary focus is on individuals with Medicaid or those who are uninsured with low income, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent access to essential medical care. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary and specialty medical care, dental services (exams, X-rays, extractions, limited restorative and preventive care), and in-house pharmacy services for non-controlled prescription medications. They also assist patients in accessing medications through Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs). Beyond direct medical care, New Hope Clinic emphasizes health education, including diabetes management and nutrition counseling. A significant initiative is their Mobile Medical Program, featuring the "Wellness Wagon" and "CARE-a-van," which extends healthcare services directly to communities across Brunswick County, providing check-ups, screenings, enrollment assistance, and health education on the go.
