I had a tooth chip while on vacation. It wasn’t painful so I decided to wait till I could get back to Riccobene and Associates. Everyone there is so helpful. I got an appointment right away and got the issue taken care of quickly. Dr. Shapiro does great work.

Six month check up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back by or slightly before my appointment time. cleaning and polishing went well and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

So I’ve been looking for a dentist that makes me feel comfortable for a long time. In the past I’ve have a lot of bad experiences with other dentists. Dentists who treat me like a burden, dentists who treat me like an idiot, judge me completely, or treat me like a dang dollar sign. But every branch of Riccobene has been the opposite. They don’t make me feel judged, they make me feel like a person who has made mistakes with my dental care and wants to genuinely help me. Every dental assistant is amazing, at all locations, and every dentist is amazing at all locations. They are not only kind, but have honed their craft to perfection.

It took a long time to find a dentist I want to stay with, and I’m glad I finally found a great place that I can trust. Also, their prices are so much better than other places. It goes to show that you can find quality care without paying double or triple the normal price. Also, they don’t have insane wait times. Which is always great.

I have special needs regarding the cleaning of my teeth. Fortunately for me I am able to be seen by the same hygienist every time I go in for a cleaning. She has a full understanding of my special needs and takes extra precautions to make sure they are addressed during my visit. When I need dental repair work Dr.

Duran always provides effective and pain-free procedures. The facility is very nice and all the staff have been pleasant and cordial.
