This review isn't about the service provided but the lack of clarity. I assume that once your told a price to pay and sign off on it that means it's done. Not the case when I get a call saying I owe more? Shouldn't I have paid it up front then? Disappointed

I would give a zero star if possible, this office and Dr. Ankrum's office are terrible. I have been having tooth pain since before December of 2021, and I had to wait weeks to get a consult at Dr. Ankrum's office, only to have it cancelled the day of, then be told they would not even schedule me until over a month out. I told them I was in pain, their response was "take more antibiotics".

So, I tried to schedule at Dr. Brofsky's office because they could do the consult sooner, after the consult, they scheduled my procedure for a month out, guess what? The day of my appointment, they call to cancel, then tell me they cannot get me in for almost 3 weeks, then call back and say they cannot get me in until the next month! Despite my plea saying I was in pain, their response is "we are sorry" and that is it, no effort to reschedule sooner. I have been taking OTC pain meds for months, and they do not care. Not to mention I work full time, so I had to plan PTO for the procedure, and then lost half a day of work when it was cancelled. I am beyond disgusted, I do not feel cared for as a patient, and I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

I will never return to this office or Dr. Ankrum in Blacksburg.

I recently had a root canal done with Dr. Brofsky. This was a difficult one due to calcified canals. I should know because I am a dentist. This root canal was not just done well…it was done perfectly. The final result was beyond my expectations. My confidence in Dr. Brofsky's skills is sky high and yours should be too! PS His office staff was awesome as well!

Dr. Brofsky is absolutely amazing! My son had to get a procedure done and was very nervous. Dr.

Brofsky’s bedside manner and personality made my son feel extremely comfortable so much that now he wants to become an endodontist himself! Thank you Dr. Brofsky for everything not just doing your job but going over and beyond my expectations! We hope Mason can come back and follow in your foot steps in the future!
