I was referred by my dentist to NRV FOR A ROOT canal and I was "indirectly scheduled' THREE TIMES. I wasn't even notified any of those three times until they day of as I was driving to the office. Original appointment was in June. After finally getting in, 3 months later, they told me it was too late fpr the tooth was too far gone and would have to be pulled. Thoshis was all after a temp filing they put in had fell out only 2 days after. AND I had already paid for the root canal. So, if you find yourself scheduled there. .

. . dont bother. . . its a waist of time and money.

My daughter needed a root canal and we were referred to Brofsky, Steven A DMD in Radford, VA. First off the building was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. When you walked inside there was the front desk and they welcomed us and placed us at ease about the procedure. After filling out the new patient paperwork which was very short, we were called back. . We only sat in the waiting room maybe a minute.

After we went back we BOTH were described in detail what was going to happen. I was not allowed to stay in the room while the procedure was done. BUT may daughter was very impressed with Brofsky, Steven A DMD in Radford, VA. And his wife. I recommend them to anyone who needs dental surgery!

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Brofsky at 33 weeks pregnant. Dr. Brofsky is very kind and down to earth, as well as his assistant! I am so thankful to them for helping me with my tooth pain. The procedure was absolutely painless and fast! Highly recommend this office for endodontic treatment. ☺️

Was referred to this office by my regular dentist. Was told they were in network. I had an appt in June but got a call from their office that said i was not eligible for the copay until July 1st. Nothing else was discussed. I rescheduled.

Just paid over 200 dollars more than my delta copay required. When i called, they said they dropped delta dental from in network on June 30. I'm sure billing was aware of this when they called to reschedule my appt from June to July. I would have appreciated that information so i could have had the option to look around for an dentist who was in network or been advised of the cost upfront.
