On July 3rd 2025 I had an appointment to have molds made for my teeth. The technician, Summer, was chatty and pleasant, but she had trouble making the molds and had to perform more than one attempt. At the end of this session, I was told that I would receive a call that afternoon to pick up the molds. At checkout, I was asked to pay for the procedure. Close to the end of the office's workday, I still had not received a call so I called the office. The receptionist who answered the phone told me that the technicians were too busy to complete my job, and that I would be called during the next week to come in to pick up the finished molds.

I also need the rest of the materials and instructions so that I might complete the dental treatments. It is July 10th and I still have not had any contact from a technician or a dentist for a procedure that has been paid in full. For thirty years, I have had excellent care from Dr. Arvan and his staff. Dr. Arvan is a very skilled dentist and Brandy was an excellent receptionist and office mamager.

Not only was she efficient at her job, but she was warm and welcoming towards patients. . I don't find that to be the case when I go in for appointments now. I am very disappointed with the New Smiles Dental practice.

Great staff!! My experience was 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ My Dentist & Assistant were a Great Team! & made me feel Calm and Very comfortable!! Everything about my experience was well worth the visit. Everyone involved were Very Professional and answered every question I asked. I would highly recommend New Smiles Dental!!😊
