Dr Low gets 5 stars from me. I had 2 prior dentists inform me they would not be able to do an implant due to the location where it needed to be placed. Dr Low was extremely patient and did not give up when the 1st implant got infected. I wish I had known about her before I had 2 prior implants done. I was not happy with that dentist and had to deal with the results.

Dr Low cared for me 7 years ago when I got diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, which is an inner ear condition that can cause tinnitus, vertigo and ear pressure. From my initial consultation with Dr Low, she eased my worries and tied my symptoms back to TMJ. I have bruxism at night which can lead to tight muscles, a misaligned jaw, and tension headaches. Dr Low used a tensing unit to get me into a more relaxed bite and then fit me for a neuromuscular orthotic. I’ve had many different types of mouthguards and none have helped. In fact, most have exacerbated my pain.

Dr Low is special in that she knows how to custom fit it in such a way that it feels comfortable. My bite feels stables. Years ago I had many ENT doctors share with me that I would have to live with Ménière’s forever and would eventually have permanent hearing loss. After my treatments with Dr Low, I got my life back. My symptoms subsided and I was able to function normally again. This means I had my full hearing back, no more neck pain, jaw pain, ear pressure…it was a miracle.

Dr Low is incredibly compassionate and cares deeply about what she does. For anyone who suffers from Ménière’s or TMJ I highly recommend Dr Low’s treatments. There are so many self proclaimed TMJ doctors out there but Dr Low is the real deal. Thank you so much for your help all these years!

I don’t want to write a good review because I want Dr Low all to myself. Dr Low has taken such good care of me for more than a decade. I have lived on 4 continents and can without any reservation say that Dr Low is the most intelligent, capable, and compassionate medical practitioner who has ever had responsibility for my care. Now her daughter has joined her practice and she is a virtual clone in all the best ways. She is an outstanding dentist and I have no doubt she will carry the torch for her mother with distinction. Dr Low is rightfully so proud of her.

Anyway, enough, I guess. I could go on……. . Thank you Dr Low. I owe you more than you know.

Edwina Powell

The staff is very personable. They seem to care for the patients and they advocate for the patients.

They and Dr Low try to keep prices as low as possible and try to work with the patients! Dr Low even plays music she learns you enjoy to help you cope with your procedure and experience! She sings with me and we harmonize 🕊! She pauses to ask if you’re alright while cradling your head… bless her heart! A true caring momma figure as she explains procedure and costs to you! I’m so glad I found this dental family 💐
