I went to this place for a few years and was mostly pleased but unfortunately, I had three fillings fall out within mere months of getting them done by Dr. Aguilar. Two of the fillings were too large to be re-filled so I was told I would need root canals and crowns in each tooth. Given the poor longevity of the fillings, I do not trust this office to with my crowns.

To their credit, they did re-fill one filling for free. However, they did not offer any kind of discount on the crowns and root canals that I now require due to the poor longevity of the fillings I received at iSmile Park Slope. I have never had this issue with fillings done elsewhere.

I went for a cleaning and it was a truly wonderful experience start to finish. I notoriously (like many people) do not enjoy going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned so I’m always weary of a new office. The dental hygienist, Yssa was incredible.

SO nice - made me feel so comfortable and then gave me to best, painless and thorough cleaning of my life. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I was told the office takes my insurance and that my insurance had been verified. I later learned they are out-of-network with my plan (Delta Dental PPO), meaning an expensive and difficult payment process. I wish they had been honest up front. Be sure to double-check your insurance coverage yourself before committing to treatment here.
