The hygienist, Ashley was great and very thorough in explaining everything that she was doing step by step. Dr. Mark was very detailed and clear with me about what he saw during this visit. I have tried several dentist locations in the new castle area. I am extremely anxious in doctors/dental offices. I can honestly say, my experience here has been AMAZING. They are consistent with their positive, welcoming treatment each step of the way. I can finally say i have picked a dentist and will stick with them. Very patient, very calm environment, very welcoming staff. Great communication on the phone and via follow up text messages.

The young lady at the front desk was a ray of sunshine from the moment I stepped in the office. Dr. Rice was soooo amazing. Today he went through each step of my process, made sure I understood what he planned on doing, how he planned to ensure my safety and my comfort, and “what-if” scenarios as well. This helped so much with my nerves. He was very patient and answered ALL of my questions. The young assistant that worked with him was very sweet.

She asked me about my day, went through the machine I was going to use, how it worked, and explained the reason for the use as well. And on the way out, the two young ladies at the desk were sweet, funny and engaging. I feel so bad I couldn’t mention everyone by name. I believe a review is just not enough, as everyone I encountered (today specifically) but also every time I have communicated with this office, have exceeded my expectations.

Newtown Family dentistry is a clean, friendly and professional dental practice. Dr. Mark is highly skilled, and thorough - for instance, he takes his time with patients to ensure that treatment options are fully understood. And a good word for dental assistant Ashley, whose skill and personable manner are no doubt reflected by her colleagues around the office.

There’s a good vibe here - which speaks to the way this practice is managed. Two thumbs up.
