I have had a loooooong horrific life of dental experiences. I went to this office and had Dr Condon take on my case. I no longer have horrible experiences. She understood everything I have been through and took the time to make sure what was happening stopped! I don’t get numb very easily and when I do it wears off very quickly. I have actively spoken about this to other dentist and they all told me that it was just pressure that I felt. (Let me tell you it wasn’t) Apparently this is real and this is a thing. I before Dr Condon, have felt every extraction and surgery that I have had on my mouth. Which is a lot. Now I don’t.

She takes her time. She checks in with me knowing this. The anxiety of being worked on doesn’t exist anymore. I highly recommend her and her staff. Hand over heart. If you have trouble being worked on or fear of being worked on. I recommend trying here before ignoring every situation possible, like I used to. You will feel comfortable and safe. I promise!

Having been a dental hygienist for 35 years, I can honestly tell you the truth about a dentist because I have "been on the inside" and experienced the workings of many offices in this county. You should sign up to be a patient at this office! I highly recommend not only Dr. Condon, but also her dental hygienists who ALL uphold strict sterilization standards, execute excellent patient care techniques, and exhibit integrity and kindness while they work.

The administrative staff is organized, and well managed by an experienced office manager, who has successfully moved the entire practice from paper charting to digital - a HUGE task. You will be treated well at this office.

Dr. Condon and her staff are accommodating, professional, and friendly. Everyone was very good to me. Dr. Condon is my hero!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Condon’s for over 20 years. I can honestly say that I don’t believe it would be possible to find a more expert, devoted and trustworthy dentist anywhere. While I have felt grateful for Dr. Condon’s knowledge, integrity, technical excellence, and good judgment more times than I can count over the years, it is her warmth and genuine care for her patients that truly set her apart.

Both Dr. Condon and Dr. Golisano go above and beyond in their care for their patients, and it is a comfort to feel implicit trust in them. The entire office staff (front desk support, billing, dental hygienists) are also lovely, skilled, and personable. I simply could not recommend this practice more highly!
