I would probably give “0” stars if I could. . Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The ladies at the reception are nice enough I guess but the fake pleasantries end there. Victoria the dental hygienist who will probably give me nightmares for years to come is rude, insensitive, cold, impolite and condescending. She was very rough and was causing me pain while cleaning my teeth to the point of which it felt like she was drilling into a nerve with the water scaling. To which I pulled back and said stop and she rudely informed me that it was tarter she was trying to remove in a way that was so abrasive had I not been an adult I’d probably be in tears.

I have never encountered such a mean person. I’ve had several cleanings done and none of them hurt like this. There is a certain level of pain that comes with cleaning but this was next level times ten, made worse by the mean and horrible demeanour from the hygienist. I even thanked her when she opted for another method to clean my teeth and she was silent, no you’re welcome or response. Usually after a cleaning I get to rinse my mouth with some special solution there was none of that here. The dentist Kevin Clark came in for two seconds barely looked at my teeth and tried to leave but I kept him for a few minutes because I insisted I had questions. Terrible customer service, not sure what all the good reviews are about? Maybe because they are a second generation dental office and have been around for a while they have certain loyal customers? I don’t know.

On top of this the heavy door in the office is always being slammed by the staff or the dentist going in and out. So if you enjoy a very rough and rude painful cleaning and a dentist who seems to be in a big hurry and constant door slamming then this is the place for you. Cheers. Will not be returning. Not to mention billed over $400 for a very rude mediocre cleaning. Thanks…

Kelly and Tracey welcome you as you enter with smiles and friendly faces. They make calling to book an appointment a breeze! So efficient at their jobs. Tricia, my hygienist, was outstanding! First time in three years I’ve felt that my teeth were cleaned properly and thoroughly. Dr.
