The office has a bright, energetic vibe with a Niagara-themed decor that feels local and fun. Dr. Lee and the team are pros at putting nervous kids at ease—my daughter, who once hated the dentist, now looks forward to adjustments. They use cool tech like 3D scans to show progress, which kept her motivated, and offered colorful band options that let her express her style.
Appointments are quick, and they have after-school slots that fit her schedule. The “braces off” celebration with a photo and goodie bag was the perfect end to the journey. A top-notch practice that turns a daunting process into something exciting.

Recieved a referral for my teenage daughter by my long time dentist. Given extensive diagnosis for issues we were unaware of. Told she would potentially need 2 oral surgeries and should wear braces($6400) for 2 years. My daughter's teeth are already perfectly straight. Made to believe braces were needed because oral health would decline without them. Made to believe this was urgent.
Referred to a surgeon that would charge $450 for a scan and consultation. Went for second opinion. NO braces. 1 sugery! $145 night guard. Spoke to us with a smile, presented as truthful and knowledgeable. Complete MONEY grab So DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED!!! BEWARE of people NOT having your child's best interest in mind!!!!! If I could put 0 STARS I would!!!! Shame on you!!!!

Recently started my orthodontic journey with Dr. Pershad (at the age of 58). Great experience so far. He's always on time, and has even opened his office on the weekend to deal with an emergency I had. His services are also very well priced. He also did my kids braces 10 years ago and their teeth look amazing now. Thank you Dr Pershad

Niagara Peninsula Orthodontics was the referred to us by our Dentist. Our Dentist mentioned his children were past patients of Dr. Pershad and now we know why. From the first initial consultation, to our daughter having her braces removed, we were happy with the care at each visit by the whole team. Dr. Pershad and our Orthodontic Dental Hygenist Sabrina, listened patiently to our concerns and educated us along the way.
The treatment was individualized and tailored to our daughter's unique oral hygiene needs. Sabrina went above and beyond educating our daughter on the different types of elastics, and the importance of wearing them. Dr. Pershad and Sabrina shared tips on how to support our teenager ( who knows EVERYTHING) 😉. They were patient and caring in each interaction with our daughter. Having several locations to book apts in ensured we stayed on track.
When we moved to Ottawa, we chose to continue with Dr. Pershad and team as we were beyond thrilled withe the quality of care. I would highly recommend Niagara Peninsula Orthodontics to anyone who is considering braces. You won't be disappointed!
