I’ve been coming to Night & Day dental for 20 years and within the last 4 or 5 years the front desk staff has been extremely rude!! It’s very frustrating. Something needs to been done about it. I’m moving my business elsewhere. Definitely unprofessional.

This is the second time my wife and my self had a bad experience with Night and Day Dental. The first time I had a tooth pulled. I got an infection where the needle was placed. The assistant kept swinging her hair and at one point the hair hit me in the face.

The second time my wife went for a filling. The procedure was very rough and my wife's side of her face was all bruised from it. We do not recommend Nigh and Day Dental.

The extremely rude front desk person all these reviews are referring to is Katie. If you walk in and have to speak with her I'd suggest walking out, if you call and speak to her I'd suggest hanging up and calling back until you get someone else. She is running the entire business into the ground as far as I'm concerned. I came in today to have a tooth pulled and she shouted at me for asking if they were still planning to do my crown which had cracked, when I addressed her being aggressive with me and asked if I should leave to avoid her aggression she told the other receptionist to cancel my appointment.

She then proceeded to just, walk away from her desk for like 10 minutes and was clearly pissed off. She's got some sort of issue or hates her job and it's plain as day. Besides an appt to remove my sutures I will not be going back unless they find a different receptionist. She also blasts music at the front desk and is very blatantly unconcerned with anything that's happening, only answering calls because if she didn't ATLEAST do that she might actually get terminated, which clearly should have happened ages ago as anyone who can't even be nice does not need to be front desk at a place people are going for procedures they may be emotional or insecure about.

Horrific experience.

If I could give no stars I would. The front desk staff at this establishment are extremely unprofessional and just down right rude. They hang up on customers and refuse to take accountability. One thing I despise is a business that lacks good customer service. If you have no customers then you wouldn't be able to provide a service to anyone.

Be appreciative and respect the customers you have so that you can continue to receive their business. That's like business 101. Please do not give them your business!! Go somewhere where you will be valued as a customer and treated well.
