Not reliable. I got a service done and was getting dentures, they quoted a price and then said they didn't offer the service but I paid for it. You guys offered a service and decided to on the day of my appointment that you no longer offer. What a waste of my time and yours.

LOVE the dentist. . The staff? I called once to schedule an appointment. . A week & a half later & I get there & there’s no appointment for me? Tells me an hour or 2 for a wait. . I schedule it again & I go in the following week. . Oh, I have no appointment scheduled? 2 hour wait? The dentist IS good, but he also almost sealed my 2 teeth so closely that I couldn’t properly floss between them that. Formed a big cavity. The reason I was going back in.

. But the front desk can’t even properly do their job for their dentist to repair what he caused. . I can’t even attempt to floss now because it is excruciating pain. . & my insurance is now over as of tomorrow. . So now I have to suffer & probably lose those 2 teeth & the adjacent ones due to poor professionalism. . ALL y’all had to do was put my name under a date on the computer. .

Horrible. . The 3 stars are ONLY for the work the dentist actually did good at. . If you schedule an appointment, make sure you harass them every day to make sure it’s in there or you’ll show up & waste your time & lose your teeth. . They’ll be lucky if there’s no lawsuit if I lose the teeth. .

I've been dealing with you for a minute doctor☺️ we go up and we go down but I'll tell you like this I ain't mad at you☺️ you try the best you could with my teeth💥 you try to tell me to get the the the the the crowns and I didn't now I need my crowns 😲so if you don't mind when it comes to putting my crowns in you make them fit real good🙏 cuz I definitely need them I need my smile doctor😊 so I'll see you next week when I call in hopefully my crowns are approved thank you very much you and your staff there's one thing I know for sure and one thing I do know for certain I'm not giving up on you buddy💥 I've been with you for some years and I'm going to continue to roll with you cuz the receptionist lady tell it my friend😊 in the front desk told me that I need to get dentures🥺 well I'm thinking about it😏 but until then I need my crowns😔 hopefully I'll see you next week thank you very very much😘

I think a lot of these reviews are fake. My 15 year old son has always been afraid of the dentist but Dr Sharma has been so kind and gentle that my son actually likes to go to the dentist now. He’s been so good that I just switched to dr sharma. I highly recommend!!! -Michelle Green
