Dr. Erna Safaryan is the best! She’s very warm hearted and makes you feel at peace when you’re in the chair! She has great Staff and l love how she remodeled her clinic! I remember a while back when l went to her office my son was 2 years old and her mother was there and her mom was so sweet my son loved her and called her Grandma! She loved that! My son is now 17 and still remembers her! My son broke his tooth at daycare and l took him there and Dr.

Erna fixed it and did a nice crown on it! I definitely recommend going to her!😊

If I could give one and a half stars I would. I have never had a problem with dentist before but this place tops the worst dentist I have been to. I cracked both of my back teeth to where I needed to have a root canal done on both of them. The root canal was fast and easy. Then, we set up the next appointment for the temporary crown until my real crowns for my teeth could come in.

When they came to the dentist, they didn't set the appointment with my regular dentist they set it up with another dentist that didn't know what was going on and he sat there and talked behind my back like I wasn't there (first mistake on their part). He suggested I wait for my original dentist that shaved my teeth down to put the crowns on. Finally, today was supposed to be the day I get my crowns on. So she put the right one on it fits good. Then the left one gets put on but it doesn’t fit, I think due to the temporary crowns getting stuck to my teeth, so she wanted to see if she can shave it off or burn it off, fine whatever.

Then she tells me that we are going to have to remold your teeth because the crowns have gaps on them to make sure that they fit just right on the teeth, we will end up putting back on a temporary crown until Monday. So I didn't get my crowns, I got my money back and walked out. Highly do not recommend this place.

My grandson broke his front tooth and needed it fixed right away. He couldn't get in to his Dentist until next month. Jamie got him together before school Monday. She even fixed the gap he's been self conscious of all of his life. No words can fully explain how thankful we are. Ohio Dental Clinic and Jamie ROCK

I contacted them for information about acceptable insurance, and they were not very friendly. They also said that if I wanted they would give me an appointment within 2 months, and if I wanted to be seen, if not, no. I do not recommend them. Their customer service was bad, the way they say the words changes your perspective of the place. I was left wanting to call again.
