I’ve been trying to get ahold of the office for a couple days now. I got dentures years ago through them, and all teeth extracted. I have a hole in my upper gum, and got an x ray today. It’s an entire Root! and tooth causing pain, numbness, and discomfort. It should have never been left in there. They can leave pieces of roots, but not the entire root with a tooth attached. I now have to get that extracted by oral surgery. Something my insurance has already paid for.

Speaking of insurance. . They didn’t know the right codes to put in when I got my dentures, and were so rude to me that they couldn’t get it figured out. I had met life, and medicade. I also had everything pre approved before getting anything done there. Just so disappointing.
