They will not see anyone in our family, because we postponed an appointment for our autistic son, due to him having the flu, 7 years ago. Very strict, cold natured.

We have waited 10 months and counting for an extrication of a tooth on a (then 4-year-old) now 5-year-old that cries in pain every single day begging us to have a dentist fix his tooth. Unfortunately, this office doesn’t care. The problem tooth has now been “discovered” twice during cleanings because we’ve been waiting so long that we’ve had multiple visits.
Thankfully, we will not be going back as we found an office that got us in for a visit and scheduled for the surgery within a one month time. This office is disposable and shouldn’t be working on children.
