Amazing experience at Noor dental - My first visit I was greeted by Sukriti and she was so kind and informative (a real pro at reception - she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!) as the dental office was a walk in, I was seen within 5 minutes - Balsam was my hygienist and she was phenomenal and thorough. I was very lucky of course, but who doesn’t love a walk in dental clinic? Second visit was for 2 fillings and a composite repair on my upper front right side tooth - Dr. Basma Hassan did an outstanding job matching the colour and size perfectly.

I could not recommend this office more - They are very welcoming and extremely good at their work.

Balsam Hamid, RDH is and always has been the best hygienist at Noor Dental to me. I have always gladly returned with my 3 children because we get amazing professional service and transparency, when it comes to our dental health and wellness. I strongly recommend Noor Dental for all dental health support.

One of the MOST pathetic dentist one could visit. I can go on and on about how when you go there instead of fixing things they ruin what you have. I had gone to one of the doctor at Dr Basma Hassan’s clinic to fill a front teeth filling, when trying to make the adjustment she scrapped of my top capped teeth ( I paid $15,000 for capping the teeth and just like that she caused a dent in it) a month from there the filling that she put came out again. I tried to go to another clinic but according to the law the doctor who worked on it has ti redo it.

So I went back again and a month from then again a little filling came out. She just polished it, and when I see my insurance they charged me for it. On calling the clinic, I needed to wait 15 days for the doctor to come back from her vacation as she lied on her notes saying it was another tooth. No idea I was suppose to pay for a mistake the doctor did.

No receipt was provided to me. No communication. This place not only has bad service but also is a fraud. They also go ahead and randomly charge extenuating amount on your insurance without any consent ! Please be aware

Reason for visit: Exam, X-rays, Cleaning, Polishing, Fluoride (one package). Overall Experience: Very Positive Details: 1. Email communication prior to visit was responsive, warm, courteous and professional. 2. I arrived 20 mins early, filled out forms for 10 mins, was called in 1 min before appointment time.

3. Dental Hygienist / Assistant, Kainat, was great, walked me through whatever steps I was required to do, explained procedures, listened to my concerns and comments and provided valuable recommendations and feedback. 4. Dentist came to do a short assessment after all procedures were completed. Make sure to ask questions about any future work needed as he will be brief.

Price/Cost: I am uninsured so I reached out in advance by email for a price quote, I was offered a general exam, x-ray, cleaning, polishing, fluoride package for $300. Without this promotional offer, cost would have been $648. For fillings, I was provided an estimate of ~$205/tooth by the receptionist, as I'm uninsured she said they can provide a discount.
