I love this staff and Dr Dowd. Everybody is wonderful. The problem that I have had several times is trying to get a call back from my voicemails that I leave.

I have had to wait several days and either call and threaten to come to the office or actually come to the office to make my appointment. It is very annoying and distressing that this is the way that things run in this practice. Otherwise everyone is pleasant and helpful

My experience at Norfolk dental Care was, as usual, one that was impressive. My Dental Hygienist is the best. She is the epitome of professionalism, possesses excellent knowledge of her craft, is attentive to all of your needs, and is very cordial. I really like her practice of telling you exactly what she is doing and her willingness to answer all of my questions.

My conversation with the Doctor was very productive and cordial. The visit allayed my concerns regarding the lengthy space between visits (which had caused me to wonder “what was going on” with my case. I was assured that they did not want to “lose” me and I am fine with that.
