Would never recommend this office! Called many dental offices since we moved here last May. Spoke to Karen back from this office. She checked with my ins and said they take it. Also told me they had a special for new patients, $150 for cleaning, X-rays & exam. Specifically told me my ins covers 70% and my portion would be $45, 30%. Went for cleaning in Jan. Julie was very nice. Then saw Dr.

Julius Gerstel. I’ve never met a more condescending and rude dentist in my 61 years of life. He came up with $6,000 work of crowns and fillings. I tried to explain that my ins covers nothing except simple fillings and extractions. And I didn’t have the money to pay for all that work. (And as of last year in PA, I didn’t need any work)! Dr. Getsten told me, well that’s up to you, but you could end up in the hospital with infections! Very compassionate. Then I go to the desk to pay my $45 for cleaning, X-rays and exam, and Karen tells me my portion is $129.

I asked what happened to $45 with the $150 special. She said that was with ins. The total bill is $523! And she said, we don’t take your ins. Okay, so you lied on the phone about the $150 special and my portion being $45. And you lied that you take my ins. And Dr Gersten was condescending and rude. Wonderful visit! I have now found a wonderful, kind dentist here! Beware !!!!!!

Today was my 1st visit at North Dover Dental and I am Extremely happy with my appointment today. I had a problem with a tooth so xrays were done by Jennifer the Hygienist who is very nice and also gentle. . . and then the Dentist checked my teeth and explained thoroughly (showing me on a huge tv screen on the wall above me) exactly what was wrong with my tooth. . . afterwards Jennifer cleaned my teeth and let me tell you she took her time and they are shining lol!. . . The front desk was very pleasant to talk to and I look forward to my next appointment in August.

The office is very clean and sanitary and the building is new and modern. Gloves and masks were worn during all procedures. I would recommend North Dover Dental to everyone. . . p. s. they even have a small refrigerator with drinks that say go ahead take one! 😁. . . Very nice office ❤️

First time at North Dover Dental of Toms River. Efficient, friendly staff. Beautiful upscale office, very clean. I had one of the best cleanings I ever had by Julie. Doctor was very pleasant & knowledgeable. You will be in good hands with this practice.

Can’t say enough good things about this office. From the front desk, to the assistants , and Dr. Yoni! The office was very well kept, and everyone made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend! :)
