The experience for the emergency visit was spectacular. However, the answering service for Eastern Dental is the absolute worst! So unhelpful and unprofessional. I am disappointed as a whole, I feel the emergency was preventable. I don’t care for the work the initial dentist performed.

The doctor who replaced my bridge did a wonderful job. No pain much better fit! I will be switching my Dentist for the future, for a “mom and pop” office. These Walmart doctor and dentist facilities have no personality

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was my very first visit and at the end of my “visit” I was never actually seen. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to be called to the back and when I was called the nasty hygienist told me I’m not sure if they told you at the front but we won’t be able to clean your teeth today because we’re short staffed. My appointment was literally for a cleaning! No one called me to try and reschedule and neither of the staff members at the front desk bothered to mention anything to me even though I spoke with one several times while there.

Not to mention they were overbooked with about 10 patients in the lobby at the same time. What an absolute scam of a dentists office. Instead of calling patients to reschedule they still take your money and make you waste your time. Not to mention the staff was very unprofessional in the way they handled everything.

Maybe if the woman at the front wasn’t too busy on personal calls she would have remembered to mention they wouldn’t be able to provide me with a cleaning. Don’t bother wasting your time!

Dr. Deb and all the staff at Eastern Dental in Brick are absolutely wonderful. In this day and age where medical care is sadly declining, it's refreshing to find a practice where you feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr. Deb was Very personable, professional, and kind.

She also informed me of some extras my insurance covered that I didn't even know about. I wish she was my doc everywhere. Thanks Dr. DEB!

Excellent First Visit From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made the process easy. I didn’t wait long, and the dentist was sharp, efficient, and took care of more than I expected in one visit. Really solid experience overall.
