My own experience use to be good but the last time I was in there was over a year ago and I'm suppose to be seen every 6 months and the lady to front said no only once a year and I called my insurance and they told me they pay for visits every 6 months so guess they just were to busy to allow me to come in there every 6 months like I've always done . and the last time the lady that cleaned my teeth spit in my mouth and she herself had the worst bad breath ever and it made me sick and after her spitting in my mouth I can tell you this much I will not be going back to them . this office is old and out dated equipment there office isn't clean at all smells very bad .

I had a very bad experience as well one of my front teeth is cracked due to something they caused .

This office made a mistake and gave my husband my dental appointment for a well check. Obviously, it is a human error and due to records and phone numbers not accurately documented. You would think this office would call ME and apologize and then be happy to set an appointment up for me. The answer is NO. I did not receive one call from them. They never answer the phone, they rarely respond to their voice mails and they always sound so rude. Finally, did get an appointment after I CALLED many times.

Driving to my dentist appointment my voice mail went off saying they had to cancel my appointment. They didn’t offer to reschedule nor did they ever answer the phone or return my voice mails that day. The call was made from some lady’s private call number. I do not have the energy to force someone to take my business based on a family recommendation. I am certain there are other dental practices willing to take my money. Exhausting. 😩
