I been going to this place for quite some time the doctor is very professional she is knowledgeable, funny, and respectful but the stuff she has in front desk both have seriously nasty attitude. 1. the new girl they hired at the front desk with a glasses she is nasty as you are talking, asking question she will stop you and avoid you and gives you attitude (please teach her how to behave with patients), the previous girl who use to work there at the front desk she was very polite and respectful 2.

Another person, I don’t know who he is, boss or the manger the guy with turban with beard he also have serious attitude problem and racist (if you are the boss, you should know better business is not for one day). when I walked in, he did not bother looking at us or greet us, as we seated down waiting our name to be called to go in we were watching the front desk few patients came no reaction from him, then I see different color skin patients walked in he got up from the seat greeted them welcome them made them feel welcome. the way you charge them you will also charge our insurances as well so respect everyone regarding their race, if you are going to greet patients greet everyone same way or just seat like miserable person.

You don't treat patients for free, you will charge everyone so respect everyone, put some smile on your face greet everyone or do not greet anyone. this is an excellent location great place, great doctor but make changes to the front, first impression is the best impression Treat peoples how you want to be treated

My first dental experience was at North Island Dental Arts and I must say that my experience there was extraordinary from the front desk, assistant, doctors, hygienist , everyone is so welcoming and generous, my cleaning was done professionally by the hygienist and Dr Kaur did my examination and went over everything in detail with me... Thank you North Island.

Deepi Kaur

Dr. Kaur was really aggressive, abrasive, and rude in regards to my teeth. I felt humiliated the way she spoke to me. She spoke loud enough for everyone to hear my business. Left the office with intense anxiety. Someone needs to assist her with some interpersonal skills. Front desk was very nice and personable.

I did ask for another dentist and was accommodated. The dental hygienist was very kind and took her time with the cleaning. Service was fast. Overall experience was mentally exhausting. I would personally not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated poorly.

This is one of the worst dental places to go too. The dentist Dr. Kaur was so rude and rough with my teeth. I expressed I was having pain and she still was extremely rough. I was suppose to get a deep cleaning pre authorization sent in since Aug. 17,2023. I returned on Sept.

13 and the pre authorization was sent in the day before on September 12!!! A month later !! The officer manager Mr. Singh was so nasty with me on the phone while I had my insurance representative on the phone. I was trying to see why it is taking so long for a deep cleaning it’s because this company is not proactive enough to send it in to my insurance company literally a month later. I would not recommend them at all. Mr. Singh got nasty with me in front of my insurance representative. Highly unprofessional!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!
