Every single aspect of this office is so positive and I can't say enough good things about the experience! I've been putting off a trip to the dentist for way too long and they all put me at ease and made it a great experience. Results are fabulous and I'm glad I've established care; not dreading future visits at all! Highly recommended and worth the wait to get in.

I have been coming here for the past two years and cannot say enough great things! This past visit was for my 9year old son. He sees an outside pediatric dentist regularly but they didn’t seem to care any to look further into his smaller palate, lip/tongue ties, or breathing issues. I talked with my hygienist at my last appointment here and they said to schedule him to have a closer look. He came in mainly to see about the lip/tongue tie and Dr.

Gupta was able to see he had a pretty restricted upper lip tie. He was able to do it same day which was super convenient for me! My son was very nervous learning we were going to cut back his lip/gum and we almost held off but they said they had a VR headset game he could try out. He got so excited for the VR headset he completely forgot we were going to do the procedure. Dr.

Gupta was able to do the lip tie release pretty quickly and we only had worry tears one time that resolved really quickly. Dr. Gupta and his staff were so awesome and supported him with grace and comfort through the whole process. The best part is he didn’t even need any medication after! He said it felt a little sore later in the evening but by the next morning he forgot we even did the procedure! Now his lip has a lot less tension and is able to close better for a lip seal when sleeping at night!

This practice is outstanding! I have struggled with dental anxiety my entire life and now I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They are wonderful at making you comfortable. They have chairs that message, VR headsets and most importantly a very competent and compassionate staff.

I highly recommend both doctors. Every staff member you come in contact with will treat you kindly and respectfully regardless of your dental situation. I feel so fortunate to have found this practice!

Coming out of college, I hadn’t been to the dentist. My family was uninsured and it wasn’t something that was top priority. I was very transparent with the office about this, and we discussed that I was told previously by a different dentist that I needed a deep cleaning. At my previous dentist, I wasn’t treated right.

I was recommended to come to this office. This is something that I’ve needed to get done for quite some time but haven’t felt comfortable getting it done due to how I was treated at my previous dentists. Well this week I got it done…Probably one of the best dental/health care people that I’ve ever had an appointment with. They were very professional, but also very friendly.

They explained what/why they were doing things and my teeth have never felt better! (Spend about 4 ish hours at their office this week) Kellie cleaned my teeth and did a great job - she was willing to answer any questions that I have and was just a cool person to talk to! And Dr Gupta explained everything so well and genuinely cares about his staff/patients. I highly recommend going to North Ridgeville Family Dentistry. For once, I don’t dread going to the dentist! Thank you, North Ridgeville Family Dentistry!!!!!
