Dr Hunter is the FIRST and ONLY dentist I’ve ever seen physically wash her hands in front of me. She talks to patients like she is a loving family member, not just a number, and not just a profit. She is warm and empathetic. Her staff as well, they are sweet, hygenic and caring. I LOVE going there and I wish I had known about her practice sooner.

I’ve been a patient with Dr Hunter years back along with my children. I recently returned in 2024, and I continued to give Dr Hunter my business being I knew her from the past and despite she is out of network provider with my insurance. I’ve always taken off from work to make sure I’m on time and because I knew an appointment for cleaning would be a 3 hrs or more. Yes I continue to endure this the entire year of 2024 hoping it would get better. Well I went 4/22/25 for my cleaning and yearly X-rays…the wait was horrible. I was not happy with my cleaning as well. I refuse to continue to literally give my money away when all I get is we are behind. That’s the excuse all of 2024 and on my appt yesterday. Scheduling patients on top of patients with only one hygienist to clean teeth makes no sense.

My appt was at 9am I didn’t leave until 12:15. I was not happy with my cleaning. Not liking the rushed feeling and treatment I got when I expressed my concern/issue. But today was it for me. I will have to find another provider at this point. I feel like me taking a day off from work and not be happy with the service after the wait is pointless. It was never about the fees because I paid knowing she was not in network when clearly I could have went someplace else where my preventative dental service are covered at 100% vs 60. Dr Hunter is a nice person, but she has got to make changes on scheduling and staffing. The facility is always clean and her assistant’s in the back are very nice.

Her billing office manager is always has a nice-nasty attitude which I don’t care for at all. And her tone yesterday almost set me off, but I refused to come out of character. My review is based on my past and recent experience and it’s based off of my services and treatment of my time. I will find another provider, and gladly pay for exam and another cleaning. I work too hard and pay too much on insurance not to be happy. I was literally being nice in continuing business, but I’m done. I wish them continued success. AG

From the moment my father, George Brown, stepped through the doors of Northeast Family dentistry to the very end of his visit, he was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Recently, my father broke his dentures and was struggling without them, unsure of where to turn for help. Thankfully, a friend referred him to Northeast Family Dentistry, and from that very first appointment, he knew he was in the right place. The team here is not only highly skilled in their field but also humble and compassionate, meeting people where they are and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

As a veteran who has served this country, my father sincerely thanks Northeast Family Dentistry for their expertise, attentiveness, and exceptional service. He is beyond grateful for the care he has received and is relieved to know he is in good hands moving forward. Thank you for making a difference!

My appointment at N. F. D. was phenomenal! From the peaceful atmosphere to the authentic patient friendly customer service. I was welcomed with a pleasant smile from Amber at the front desk, where I provided her with info. , she needed. A few minutes later a petite woman in dental scrubs called my name.

She had a very humbling aura, yet a spirit of passion and excitement!🎉🎉🎉 As this positive spirit of energy and I conversed like two friends that hadn't seen one another in years, it felt like we were just catching up! Not only that, I said to myself, this women. . . she's a scholar dental hygienist, because she enlightened my dental hygienic awareness!!! Mind you, all this manifested, and I didn't even know this Angels name!😊 So I asked, she responded, Scottie. Yeah I know she says, it's a boys name. Lol. .

. I thanked Scottie for sharing her knowledge, and then she, introduced me to Dr. Hunter, who's aura complimented Scottie's!!! Dr. Hunter, revealed something about my teath that no other DMD, has ever told me. Being who she is, Doc, assured me there wasn't anything to worry about, and put a consult in for a night guard. I see why Scottie and the rest of the staff, move the way they do, they're Kindred Spirits!!! I have nothing but Agape Love for Northeast Family dentistry. May Jehovah continue to strengthen the staff in every area of their lives!!! Thank you and Amen🦋🪥✨✨✨⚖️🌿🕊️
