I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone for the dental or orthodontist, longest hold times. It’s extremely frustrating when all I’m trying to do is conform or reschedule my child’s apt. Please help and address this issue. Thank you

Northeast Pediatric Dental is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walk in, we're greeted by the incredibly kind and welcoming front desk receptionist, especially Ari. We just love her! She always goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for and answers any questions I may have. Dr. Lee is simply amazing, her expertise and gentle approach make every visit a breeze for my kids.

She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures that both the kids and I are comfortable with the treatment plans. The entire office runs like clockwork. Appointments are always on time, and the level of organization is impressive. Scheduling is always easy, none hassle and they work around my schedule.

The reminders they send out are perfect for keeping up with our busy schedule and they always call a day or two before to confirm which is very helpful. I couldn’t be happier with the care my kids receive here. Highly recommend Northeast Pediatric Dental for anyone seeking exceptional pediatric dental care! My child’s first dentist visit was great. I’m so happy i chose to go to a great dentist like Dr. Lee. The staff was nice and so helpful at helping my baby feel comfortable.

I ended up loosing my keys and one of the girls went out trying to help me find it and another sang with me to my son while he got his teeth cleaned. The office is so nice and comforting for children. In the end my child did not want to leave 😂

Dr. Reich had retired so Dr. Win Lee saw my kids’ teeth at their appointment, which was scheduled for within a week of my request. It’s super hard to get pediatric dental appointments in Philadelphia, most dentists are booked up to 4-6 months ahead, so I appreciated that Dr. Lee was available. The office is small but nicely organized. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem - street parking in a quiet neighborhood.

There is plenty of seating in the lobby area, somewhat socially distanced, but masks were encouraged to be worn. There are two arcade games for children and a corner play area that my kids enjoyed playing in. Friendly office staff and Dr. Lee gave me a thorough overview of my kids’ dental health after their appointment. Overall, good experience - highly recommend Dr. Lee.
