Met Dr Walden last week for dental procedure. His staff was friendly and efficient, informed me to have referral from my dentist. Dr Walden was very warm and welcoming, respectful. During my procedure, he asked if I was alright and told me it wouldn’t be much longer. After completing he shook my hand. I found him to be an excellent clinician with a gentle manner.

I have had no pain and there were no complications. Dr Walden’s office was very clean. His dental assistant was very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.

Truthfully everyone there has been great. The issues I’ve ran into have all been with the older woman who is a secretary, that sits off to the right. I have issues with getting numb and once after a procedure the numbing on one side wore off fast, but I was still numb on the other. Where my pain was is where the anesthesia had worn off. I came back into the office in tears, saying how something wasn’t right, while also apologizing because I was trying to be quiet to none of their other patients heard me. The secretary just sort of stared at me and her response was, “well I just don’t see how you’re not numb. ” Which, me either, please just get Dr. Walden. The other front desk girl grabbed someone in the back. Yesterday I went, no issues with getting numb, but after my Root Canal I had asked the same woman at the desk if there were any medications being sent to my pharmacy.

She looked at me crazy and told me no, then said how “Dr. Walden is with someone else now and they typically only give 800mg Tylenol after a root canal. ” Mind you, she’s not the doctor. I would have rather just had her grab an assistant or someone with more experience in treatments. Any other root canal I’ve had, I’ve been given a small quantity of something for pain. She acted like I was a drug addict seeking for pain pills. I didn’t argue with her. I just called my primary dentist and told them what happened and she immediately sent over medication. I wish this woman all the best. I just want her to in the future get the assistance of someone who handles the patients.

I understand that the procedures done all day are the same, but patients can be different. Not to mention they aren’t all drug seeking. Sometimes, genetically, the way their body accepts anesthesia is different from the typical, as well as what nerves signal pain in their body. I don’t have a problem with coming back if I need to in the future. I just don’t need the exhausting argumentative, questioning conversation from her. Again, I wish her the best. I just want her to involve someone who handles/assists the patients with the doctor.

I will recommend Dr. Walden to anyone in the future! I was extremely anxious about having a Root Canal done and Dr. Walden was very calm and informative about the whole situation. His assistant was very nice both times I had to go into the office. Both were extremely respectful and informative. I was in and out in a very reasonable time.

This place is top notch. I had a Root Canal done and this was the first time that I’ve ever had a root canal done. I was expecting the procedure to be somewhat painful and to take a long time. But it ended up being the opposite. The procedure was so quick and painless that when it was complete. I assumed that there was still more to be done and that I had only been through the prep work or something of the sort. I was surprised to learn that the procedure was complete. The procedure was completely painless.

I figured once the numbing agent wore off that I would have some pain. But again I was surprised that I did not have any pain. Everyone that I spoke with prior to having this root canal done, had told me that it would be somewhat painful and that I might be in a bit of pain after the procedure. But I did not have any pain whatsoever and the whole procedure was completed in what seemed like 10-20 minutes. With how smooth and painless the procedure was. I think that’s a testament to how good this doctor / dentist really is. I could not recommend them enough. I’ve always hated going to the dentist and to be honest.

I have been somewhat fearful of getting the root canal done. But after finding out how quick and painless this was, it took away all of my fears. If you need to get some work done or have a root canal done, this is the place to go. Especially if you are fearful of going to the dentist because this place will take care of you and have you in and out in no time. All while making sure that the procedure is completely painless. Thanks Dr. Walden, I really appreciate how easy you made this entire experience.
