Take excellent care of their patients. All staff have been nothing but friendly and kind. I had a serious emergency months back and I'm glad I was with them to help resolve it. They sent me to a fantastic specialist when they couldn't figure out exactly what was going on. And took great care of me and gave me everything I needed to resolve the infection post facial surgery. The ladies that did my root canal and tooth crown were nothing but amazing and so caring. I'm incredibly grateful!! And the dental work is top notch, my tooth feels so natural I have to remind myself it's there. My deep cleaning with laser today went great. She did an amazing job and was very gentle and easy to talk to. Looking forward to completing the process.

Everyone has been so kind and lovely. And take extra care with my autism and hypersensitivity to sound. They don't mind my needing earplugs and headphones, and easily work with me to communicate -while at another office I got snarky responses and attitudes that made me feel very self conscious and ashamed. Not the case here at all. My mother went and loved how kind and gentle they were with her tooth extraction, she suffers from anxiety. All her other dentists, she's never liked. And is looking forward to going back because of their patience and how easy the process was. We have more family members wanting to go soon. It's hard to find a place that actually cares about if you're comfortable or if you need some extra explaination and support. Highly suggest if you're looking for excellent communication and full service care.

It is definitely more expensive for me because my insurance doesn't cover at all here, but I honestly don't care about the cost. The membership helps cover some so I really appreciate that. The infection I had could of taken me out in months and I was taken care of incredibly well. It's totally worth it. And my overall physical and mental health has massively improved every since coming here. I have no pain or worry anymore and it's awesome 😎. Totally worth the 1 hour drive! No dental office near me is this great. Wish I found them years ago. 🥰

Everyone you see at this practice is at top of their game: from reception , to dental assistant to one of the expert dentist. Dr Carew was great, analyzed a major problem - referred me to Dr Gortler who performed a painless root canal. Follow up with caring administrators ;what else do you want from your dentist ? Very satisfied patient here

JUST WOW! I honestly never thought I’d experience such a wonderful visit to the dentist. All staff members (including the front desk personnel) were so welcoming and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were assuring and explained everything very well.

One portion of my visit was not covered by my insurance, and they gave me the cost and asked if it was ok before proceeding with the additional work. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to future visits. I DEFINITELY recommend this practice!

The Keiles are extremely kind and excellent dentists. The facility is really clean and lovely. Whenever I've had emergencies, they've been very sensitive to them. This is an 1st class practice run by professional and delightful staff.
