Dr. Schirru has been my dentist for over 15 years. He has always looked out for my best interests and provided excellent dental care. I was in recently (during the pandemic) and the measures he put in place to protect the patients and staff are awesome.

Dr. Schirru and his team are absolutely amazing. He is such a kind, compassionate and personable dentist. I came to Dr. Schirru about a year ago after a recommendation because my lifetime dentist retired, and I wasn't satisfied with the associate who took over his practice. On my first visit, I felt reassured by Dr. Schirru’s care and professionalism. He thoroughly explained everything to me, from the procedure he was doing, the tools he was using, the findings on my x-rays, as well as the various dental terms.
I find Dr. Schirru is very passionate about his work, he is also very meticulous. Since I hate going to the dentist, this relieved a lot of my fears and I realized that he goes above and beyond for his patients. He definitely eased my anxiety and I instantly felt that I could trust him which left me feeling very comfortable in the chair. You can tell that he knows his stuff and prides himself on the care of his patients. I was just recently in for a cleaning and felt a little nervous about going in during the pandemic but again Dr. Schirru went over and above the recommendations and protocols made for dentists to ensure the safety of his patients and staff. I now have no issues what so ever in going back to him during these unprecedented times.
What I love most about Dr. Schirru is that he knows his stuff, his work ethic is impeccable and he shows a true passion for dentistry and the proper care in looking out for his patients’ best interest. The whole team, including the front desk, is uber friendly and professional. I am so happy that I made the decision to switch over to Dr Schirru and I have absolutely no regrets on my decision as he´s definitely a world class dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Schirru and the rest of his staff at Northtown Dental Centre to anyone.
