If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would! These people who work there are sooooo rude and nasty over the phone and in person. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! They rush all the cleaning appointments I had there and I left unsatified at all and my teeth didn't feel clean there. Never coming back!

I really wanted to like this dentist. Let me start off by saying I recently turned 19 and I have been trying to navigate insurance, especially dental, since a lot of places don’t accept my insurance anymore. I have been to this place for a little over 3 years now and this past time of my cleaning and checkup has just been absolutely awful. I went for my normal 6 month cleaning and they told me I had a cavity and 2 crowns to put over prior fillings (from dentists before). I got the letter from my insurance denying it, except it was 3 crowns instead of 2… I asked the doctor about it when I went back and she explained these teeth had decay so I brushed it off. When I went back to get my cavity filled, they ended up filling 2 without ever letting me know? I was fine with that because I just thought they were filling something they hadn’t seen before or whatever. After I got one of these cavities filled I was in excruciating pain that made my whole side of my face hurt. I was literally taking 10 advils a day lol. .

I waited a week to see if I was just sensitive, but it progressively got worse. After 2 weeks they finally got me back in the office. I told them the tooth they filled was causing me pain, and they actually questioned me saying that’s not likely because the cavity was so small. I had no pain before this cavity was filled so I was almost sure it was because of this tooth. They ended up removing the filling because they weren’t sure what it could be, and were like, “Yeah you were right we filled it on a nerve ending!” Anyway, they had to do an emergency root canal on me because of this, but I couldn’t get a crown put on yet because it wasn’t made. The assistant put on a temporary crown and literally got the stuff/gel they use all down 3 of my other teeth. . And to top that off it fell of later that day. 2 weeks later I go back for my permanent crown and it’s the wrong color and doesn’t fit in my mouth lol! I was in the chair for maybe 10 minutes, the doctor popped it on and said I was good to go.

Didn’t show it to me or anything. I didn’t realize the color until I got home and looked in the mirror and it was a more yellow shade that didn’t match my tooth. She also left dental cement in between my 2 teeth and I had to floss it out. I started to realize it didn’t feel right in mouth when I went to eat dinner later and realize I could only bite down on the one side of my mouth where they put the crown. It also feels very tight or something on my gums and it feels painful when I bite down in specific places. I really never write reviews like this, but I tried to give them so many chances and it had caused so much headache. Ultimately after this, I have decided to change dental practices. This has been going on for 2 months and I just cant handle the headache of going back to them because it has gone on for too long.

I have been a patient for many years and had nothing but nice things to say, made so many recommendations to other people to check them out when looking for a new dentist. However, now they have a cancellation policy where they charge you $35, if you cancel the same day. I had just gave birth a month prior to the apt and caught a nasty virus from my other children and thought it would be the respectful thing to do to not bring that inside a dental office especially considering not even two years ago if that were the case they would tell you to quarantine. They still stated that I would be charged the cancellation fee and wouldn’t be able to be seen until I pay this.

Will be taking my business elsewhere! Not to mention years prior they ripped off my partial fake tooth during a cleaning and tried to tell me I would have to come back to have it fixed. It wasn’t until I cried and begged them to fix it that day that they ok’d it. I should have known then and not returned!
