I’m sorry to have to say this, but I think this office is not professional. I have been dealing with this since February. I think they are very incompetent. Dr Madonna only cares about the money.

I had an experience last week where I wanted adjustment for my top flipper and my bottom partial, the bottom partial was not done yet. I was not happy with it. I asked her to adjust my top flipper and she told me come in next week to have it adjusted. Why do I have to keep going in and not get my services met? I am very dissatisfied with her , and also spoke to the insurance company about this whole situation over the phone about counseling my appointments with her all she was cared about was who’s gonna pay my Lab fees she did not ask about my concerns what we can do to make it better she was worried about getting paid I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that the service would be a lot better and it was not so I would not recommend this to anybody

Had a great experience at NU Smile family dentistry. The staff and Doctor were very welcoming. No wait time , was taken care of right away. Doctor is very knowledgable, explained the procedures in detail and very gentle. Would definitely recommend to friends .

I agree dr. Mundane was terrible. She is disrespectful and is only looking for $$ she rushes you. Your in her chair for less then a minute if it's not fulfilling her pockets. Shes also very rude to her staff. She treats them like a slave.
