This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The dentist and hygienist gave me a numbing agent and I felt no pain with the cleaning or with the new filling. The dentist was really solicitous and had a wonderful manner.

I can’t speak to the specific care of the dentists but their communication has serious issues. After missing one confirmation phone call at 3:30 on the day of my appointment at 5pm (a work day), they cancelled my appointment with no notice and no prior explanation that their texts must be responded to. When I called back one hour later, I was told the doctor was busy for the next two hours, even though my appointment had only just been cancelled.

I’ve never dealt with a practice with these rules and will be looking for care elsewhere. They seem to have issues with their patient onboarding experience, as evidenced by other reviews.

The communication, scheduling, and billing practices at this office are incredibly frustrating and disorganized. They refuse to bill insurance directly, requiring patients to pay out of pocket—and then often submit incorrect billing codes, resulting in denied insurance claims. Worse, it can take over a year for them to correct these errors, during which time you're left to navigate the issue alone. Additionally, their scheduling is a joke.

I was booked for an appointment to be fitted for a night guard, only to find out—after traveling for over an hour at 6 months pregnant in 95 degree heat —that the piece hadn't even arrived. No one bothered to notify me in advance. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects a severe level of incompetence.

I arrived at my appointment and was told my Cigna account wasn’t linked to the doctors office and after nearly 25 minutes was told they could not see me. This information was not shared with me when I made my appointment or when I had to call to confirm my appointment the day before (because no confirm was sent out). Very poor new patient experience and recommend they review their onboarding process for new patients and to make sure they share all relevant information prior to appointments and send necessary confirmations and follow-ups.

Will not be coming back.
