I was very pleased with Family Dentistry. They were on time and efficient. I was able to make an appointment quickly and my hygienist ? Kristen? Was very good and there was no pain. The dentist was also very friendly and did not keep me waiting. I highly recommend this place!

RUN FROM HERE!! I went in on 6/5 for a cleaning, and after 15+ X-rays and the hygenist touching each tooth with a pick, I’m informed that the dentist will require DEEP CLEANING, which must be accomplished in 2 separate visits due to insurance billing procedures. I had a polite disagreement with the dentist, without him ever seeing inside my mouth. Told him 3 times that I’m not continuing down this road, his examination is not necessary, and I want documentation for the services already provided. Attached is a combo pic of those services and the proposed rates for the 2-step DEEP CLEAN that they hoped to fleece from me and my insurance company.

They actually have a sign on their front counter that’s a full page of something, but ends, in red, with “Verbal aggression will not be tolerated. The police will be called”. That was red flag #1. Now I see why they need such a sign…
