Had an emergency yesterday with my mom; she was in pain for 4-5 days and when I called yesterday Kelsey at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us an appointment for a couple of hours later! Wow, SAME DAY appointment!!! Ended up getting a root canal right away! We had doctor Gulley who is so gentle and knowledgeable about what she does along with her assistant Annie! Thank you so much to all the staff there who make this experience so amazing always!

Very friendly group. Dr. Fritsche, Annie and Nicole took great care of me today. Love that they make their own crowns so no gooey yucky silly putty in the mouth and all done in one visit. Thanks guys!

The dentist and hygienist are great. The problem is the billing and claims department. They are completely incompetent. I have been battling with them for several years now. Most recently they filed a claim for 15K. They admitted it was a mistake months ago. .

. they have yet to return my money to my insurance company! They have repeatedly told me that they sent the check. NOPE. I have been forced to seek out a new dentist due to the incompetence of the billing/claims department. I have been having to pay out of pocket for dental services that should be covered by insurance. .

What an awesome experience, Annie and Halie are super cool and very helpful. Had issues with my implant supported dentures and within 45minutes they had it figured out and the dentures sent off to the lab for the needed alterations. I could not be any happier at the moment with how things are going.
