For anyone trying to find a dentist for their children or themselves should come here. My little girl has had unpleasant experiences at other dentists, but Dr. Sara Rashedi has changed my girls view in dental work. Dr. Sara Rashedi is compassionate, she understands how uncomfortable the trip to the dentist can be. Also, her staff is just as phenomenal, thank you guys!!

I haven’t had bad experiences with dentists so far but this one is an exception. I went for a regular cleaning and was recommended to get two cavity fillings in my molars. First, Dr. Rashedi is overbooked and she came at least an hour late for my appointment. Then, because I only had about one hour before I had to go and pick my daughter from daycare, she rushed through the procedure and only did one filling. This filling was done so poorly that a lot of food was getting stuck between my molars. I went back for fixing this poorly done filling and the other one she couldn’t do during the first visit.

Now, she was again overbooked and had very limited time. So, she rushed through the procedures again. This time, she drilled the cavity in the last molar but couldn’t actually do a filling because “she couldn’t reach it. ” To her credit, she did fix the other filling. However, I was told that she did the best she could for the last molar. I was left with a huge gap between the last two molars and so much food got stuck between the two molars that it created a ton of pressure, causing severe sensitivity throughout my teeth. I had another dentist remove all the food and was asked to not eat from that side until the gap is filled.

Through this experience, I am left with a side of my teeth that are rendered useless. I have been using one side of my mouth. This was the worst experience and I never knew a dentist could literally ruin your everyday experience. If you had a good experience, count your lucky stars. The overbooking and rushing through procedures will have negative consequences. If not today, surely in the future.

Hinkle Family

Took my 2.5 year old here for his first dentist visit and absolutely loved them. They were so patient with him and took the time to explain it was we went along so he wouldn’t be scared. I loved all the information they gave us and the treasure chest at the end was a huge hit!
