The staff is amazing and helpful. I have been going to this dentist for over 8 years; however, the dentist is more money driven to charge the insurance for a regular cleaning rather than to perform more time consuming task such as a root canal or crown. The owner(dentist) has changed and become greedy and left me with intense sensitivity to one side of the face. As per the dentist, " you have to find an orthodontist.

Rather my friend referred me to ANOTHER Dentist and they took about 3 hours with my teeth and solved the problem. No longer will be going to this dentist. I wish him all the luck but will no longer have my business or be able to charge my insurance hundreds of dollars.

I don’t usually tend to leave reviews unless stuff are rude or unprofessional. I was aware of the lunch time this office have between 1pm to 2pm. I made my phone call before 1pm exactly at 12:55PM. Someone picked up and I believe her name is Patty. I have been a patient for more than 3 years with this dentist place. And I had an incident with this particular employee before going back and forth on the phone.

I feel happy with the care they had for me and my teeth, but this particular person is just very unpleasant to speak with. She feels she is the owner of the office and I honestly won’t understand why she would treat people with rudeness. She hanged up the phone on me when I was asking to confirm my appointment and she insisted I should call back when I told her it was not yet 1 pm. How is that that she take her break before her actual break time?. Why would she pick up the phone in the first place?. I also work at an office and even I personally stop doing my duties to support people and my stuff even if I am on a break.

It’s call been a human. I will have to find another place because even though I have been a patient for years I also care about the customer service and I am a true believer that professionalism is essential for a business to success. I wish good luck to the owner of this dentist office.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the space. It was clear that maintaining a comfortable and hygienic environment is a top priority. I especially want to commend the entire team. The manager was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the administrative side of my visit smooth and stress-free.

The dental assistants were fantastic – their friendly demeanor and gentle approach really put me at ease. Doctor was excellent; their expertise and clear explanations made me feel confident in the care I received. And the dental hygienist was just superb. They were thorough, yet gentle, and offered great advice on maintaining my oral health.

Honestly, everyone I encountered was so kind and professional. It's rare to find a dental office where every single member of the team is so dedicated to providing a positive experience. I left feeling like I was truly cared for, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Thank you all for everything!
