I went there a few months ago to register my children. I was happy that it was close to home and that my insurance worked with them. They asked me to bring my children’s insurance cards. My card wasn’t enough, even though it was the same. I ran home, came back, I brought my kids’ cards, the secretary glanced at the cards and then she told me they don’t accept our insurance. I was surprised since they are in our network, because I checked it on the computer yearler.

I called the insurance company, and they said there was no mistake. The insurance company tried to call them, but it was already closed. I could have gone back next day and tried to prove to them that they were wrong and that they were in network. But my husband said that since we already go to another doctor who is farther away , we should just stay there. *In your reply to my comment, you are writing that you explained some things to me… You probably explained them to someone else because no one spoke to me.
