If I could leave no stars I would! I called with an impacted and infected wisdom tooth, a cyst and another cracked tooth that all needed removed. The woman was very nice and sent me the link to fill our my paperwork letting me know I would be placed on the waiting list and to call back to get on the regular schedule incase that comes first. I filled out and sent my paperwork and got the confirmation email. I then called back and got the answering service at which time I left a message, after not hearing back several days later I called again and got the practice. I was told the person I needed to speak with was not available that she could have them call me back. I again never received a call back.

I tried again at which time I was greeted by a very rude woman who let me know I was on no waiting list, I wasn't scheduled and they didn't have my paperwork I must have spoken to someone else. I assured her it was this number and I had a confirmation email for my paperwork at which time she said oh yes we do have your paperwork but you're still not scheduled or in any waiting list. I said I was frustrated becasue I've been trying to get in at this point for a month and she said no you haven't because we return all of our calls, so now I have been accused of lying. . it gets better. .

. she then tells me I would get no where by calling and yelling at her because I told her I was frustrated with them? So I go ahead and just schedule the appointment and receive a call back telling me oh sorry we can't actually seen you ubtil several weeks after what I said sorry. Good I would not only not go there I would never recommend anyone to fmdeal with this office and I would actually encourage anyone looking to stay away. So unprofessional and ride!

I’ve only had one experience with this practice so far, and it was hands down the best experience with a Doctors office I’ve had yet. Dr. Olejko was so kind, and professional, and even went out of his way to do a procedure to meet my needs the same day. The entire staff made me feel welcomed.

I work for a doctors office myself and our number one rule is to treat every patient like family and this office did just that to me. Thank you Dr. Olejko, and the entire staff.

We have had three children get their wisdom teeth out with Dr. Olejcko, (one with a bleeding disorder that required a pre-plan) The staff is wonderful, the procedures were quick, the follow up was great. We would definitely recommend this practice to others.

So far I have had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Olejko and his staff. The women at the front desk were very friendly and were never rude. Then I had my first consultation opointment that went very smoothly. Dr. Olejko was very calm, polite, patient, and seem to listen to me very well. Yesterday I had my oral surgery and I cannot say enough good.

All the nurses were very attentive, and tried very hard to ease my nerves. I was put under light anesthesia where I was asleep but still aware of what was going on. I highly recommend this if you are you are a very nervous person, or have problems keeping your mouth open wide enough. The nurses held my head up and kept my mouth open while I was in blissful sleep. Dr. Olejko did a great job. I never felt an ounce of pain or discomfort, and that was even dispite the fact that he had a hard time getting one of my teeth out because it was literally crumbling.

When they took me to the recovery room the nurses looked after me very well. I ended up getting sick from nausea, but they were right there with a vomit bowl, and gave me something for the nausea. They also gave me an ice pack to take home, and a goody bag of all my after care instructions and extra gauze. I will definitely come back to this surgeon if I ever need oral surgery again. I can't discount the negative reviews because obviously I wasn't present for those people's appointments. But I think if you're thinking about going with this surgeon, you should give him a chance.
