Our experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
Great experience, very professional and kind staff. I like the idea that you have OSU behind this as well. Update: Back for a second time and again they did a great job, Kristin (hygienist) was friendly and professional. The dentist was informative and transparent. Staff was fantastic in scheduling.

No respect to patient time. Had an appointment at 4 pm. Called at 3. 54 letting them know that due to traffic i may be late for few minutes. I was surprised when the front desk said the hygienist needs to leave so if I don’t arrive the clinic by 4 i need to reschedule.
I have several time of rescheduling issues now with them. No clinic manager to escalate to. They don’t care about patient and I feel they want less patients in their clinic so they don’t work to make the patient satisfied.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I followed the team from the campus location to Upper Arlington. I had cancer and this team takes good care of me. I often have appointments and they squeeze me in when I have emergencies. They are funny as I don't know what. I brought my son along, and he actually feels just as comfortable. He has never liked the dentist. Love 'em!!

Dr. Messina is the single best doctor or dentist I’ve seen ever. I asked him for his opinion about something and he helped where I believe most doctors would not take the time. It was refreshing and made a huge difference for me. He’s a decent man. I wish he was a Jack of all trades. I’ve seen doctors of myriad professions for myself, family and friends. I wish I could put a number to how many, because it’s a huge amount. He is not simply knowledgeable with consistently steady hands. I’m not sure how his work is so painless, but he’s excellent at his job. He is empathetic which is rare in the medical profession today and extraordinarily important. He is kind, pleasant and jovial. His staff are very knowledgeable, well trained and caring as well. It’s actually a relaxing experience going to the dentist.
I had no idea until I looked up how to spell his name that he graduated 1st in his class from OSU. He is the Clinic Director of OSU Arlington Dentistry. He is known nationally for his presentations, publications and lectures on dental ethics as well as leadership skills. He is a consumer advisor for The American Dental Association serving as a national spokesperson since 1995. He’s been on Good Morning America, CNN and NPR. He’s also provided comments for USA Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Web MD and Prevention Magazine. None of this is surprising due to how he handles business. I want to explain that I’m not someone to trust doctors as a rule. I’ve seen top to bottom shelf doctors in great abundance. Almost all make horrible mistakes over time, are apathetic and many don’t know as much as they should. I don’t believe I’ve ever written something like this for a doctor even if I like them, because I have extensive pain through experiences. The next best doctor I’ve seen was an excellent Austrian forensic psychologist who also counseled psychiatrists and psychologists. He was extremely wise, kind and empathetic. Yet drugs I was led to as a result hurt me to this day.
The next best doctor was a holistic doctor was very caring and knowledgeable, but many times hurt me due to trying new, radical treatments constantly. Well meaning, empathetic and knowledgeable is normally the best anyone could hope to find. Apathy, greed, corruption, incompetence and maliciousness are so much more common. Dr. Messina is the exception to the rule for doctors. I have every reason to trust him. It is extraordinarily rare to find a doctor who manages to provide end to end care of excellence. After reading his resume I’m surprised I’ve been capable of seeing him at this point in my life with Caresource through Medicaid. It’s like being given free filet mignon. I’m not sure I deserve such a great dentist, but I’m very thankful and I know he’s an exceptional man, because I’ve had many top shelf doctors through life. I trust him because of his empathy, actions, kindness, “bedside manner” and actually not causing harm. Thank you Sir! I appreciate your care, time, ethics, effort, candor and workmanship. May God bless you, your family and staff.
