I absolutely loved her when she was in a practice with others on the West Shore!! I didn't want to go to anyone else. BUT, I recently saw her with an emergency in her solo practice in Harrisburg and will never return. She couldn't do the Root Canal, which I understood. She drilled and drained infection, sealing the tooth and telling me to have it extracted within 10 days. I was ok with that. Two days later, after not receiving a script for antibiotics, I developed excruciating pain. Simply excruciating.

I was sick with that for two entire weeks before I could get it pulled after interventions by 3 other dentists. I started feeling better after my ENT gave me antibiotics for a concurrent sinus infection which was thought to be unrelated to the tooth. WHY did I not leave her office with antibiotics????? ALSO, the only music she plays in her office is so-called Christian praise music and sappy Jesus music. That is a gargantuan trigger for me. So disappointed in her.

The best around. You are in good hands when you come to her practice. I went to another practice prior where she worked on my tooth and always remembered how amazing she was. Much to my surprise, was recommended here for another issue not knowing it’s her practice! I felt so relieved. She cares about her patients and her assistant Sam was the sweetest.

If you have to get a Root Canal, this is the place to come. The praise and worship music was also so comforting when my nerves were already tight. That’s the first thing I noticed playing as soon as you walk in. She is highly skilled and trained and was able to fit me in the schedule quickly, no waiting. This is the place to go! Thank you!!

Very passive aggressive dentist. Be weary with all her laughter and jokes, it's all a facade. Very disrespectful person. Unemphatic and very unprofessional.

Dr. O and her staff were nothing but accommodating, kind, and supportive. I have the worst dental anxiety, and they made me feel beyond comfortable and overall ready for my appointment. I would recommend this office to ANYONE who needs a Root Canal.
