A Beyond 5-Star Experience – Dr. Modani and His Team Are True Lifesavers! Sorry so long but you have to read this! If I could give Dr. Modani and his incredible team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was in one of the worst pains of my life—a botched root canal from another dentist had left me with a severe infection, completely untreated, and I was on the verge of heading to the ER, because I just lost my dental insurance and could afford what outrageous quotes my family and I were receiving from other dentist. I was desperate for relief and felt defeated, until someone referred me to Dr. Modani, and I can honestly say that it was the best referral I have ever received. After days of taking so many strong narcotics prescriptions, OTC & natural remedies-without any relief, crying, not sleeping and having family call multiple places for help, it was a dead-end. Until speaking to Dr Modani, I was finally able to dry my eyes and take a breath. From the moment I called Dr. Modani on his cell phone he immediately provided me a different relief that he would help. After a MVA left me unable to work and I solely rely on social security he made it clear that my monetary situation was not his focus and that getting me pain free was- IM NOT USED TO THAT!. . . I have never met a doctor that sincerely ment that and delivered a payment plan with me.
He and his staff—Keisha and Jada—were unbelievably kind, compassionate, and efficient. They understood the urgency of my situation and didn’t hesitate to get me in immediately, despite their already busy schedule. The level of empathy and care they showed was truly something special. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in, making me feel safe and reassured during what was an incredibly stressful and painful experience. Jada held my hand for comfort and Keisha was tactful and didn’t embarrass me about my financial issues. Dr. Modani himself is nothing short of a miracle worker. He took his time, thoroughly assessed my condition, and, unlike the previous dentist, actually cleaned out the infection properly and never rushed before proceeding. He was meticulous, ensuring that every step was done with precision and care. Despite the excruciating pain I had been in, he and his team made the process as comfortable as possible, explaining everything to me along the way and reassuring me that I was in good hands. To put this into perspective—I have endured multiple spine and brain surgeries, all of which were extremely painful. Yet, the pain from this infected tooth was by far one of the worst I have ever experienced. Within the time, Dr. Modani did what felt like the impossible—he relieved me from that unbearable pain and gave me back a sense of normalcy.
I cannot express how grateful I am. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Modani along with my friend, Tarun M. for this referral & for throwing me this lifeline when I thought pulling my front tooth was my only option. Also, again-another huge thank YOU doctor and your team for your kindness, skill, and genuine care. It is rare to find a dentist who not only excels in his craft but also treats his patients with such deep empathy and respect. I will be a walking advertisement for him because everyone deserves to have a dentist like Dr. Modani in their corner. If you are looking for a dentist who will go above and beyond, who will treat you like family, and who will provide top-notch care even in an emergency, look no further. Dr. Modani and his team are the absolute best, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
