We recently changed dental offices to this one and let me tell you they were terrific. Their customer service/front desk team made the whole process of getting our record’s transferred and set up super easy. The sent plenty of reminders so you wont forget your appointment date and time. The whole team from Doctor Cho to the dental hygienist’s were very courteous, showing great expertise and genuine concern for my dental hygiene. They did great job on my cleaning and I left my appointment feeling well taken care of. I would recommend their services to anyone. *Update* our daughter recently had fillings done for a handful of cavities. Bringing your little ones to a dental appointment can be daunting; Depending on what work is getting done, your child's tolerance level for discomfort/pain and their previous experiences with a dentist, all factor into how well an appointment is going to go. Dr.

Cho and the technician at hand showed great care and situational awareness during the appointment; as our daughter started to become uneasy and move about they were able to successfully calm her down and take intermittent breaks. Which allowed our daughter to regain her composure and the filling to proceed. The whole team over at Opitz dental from the front receptionist’s desk to the dental assistant’s and hygienist’s; continues to show great customer service, excellent bedside manner, genuine care for their patrons. Highly recommend their dental services. *Update* second full year of services provide by the professionals over at Opitz Family Dental! As we enter into the new year; Dr. Cho and his team continue to provide great dental service to my family. During an annual check up; His team identified a cavity that needed filling from one of our kiddos. During the filling appointment. Dr.

Cho took a high resolution picture of the tooth where I could actually see the bits of food and debris that was eating away at our sons tooth. (probably causing my son some discomfort that he is unwilling to admit, as he is responsible for brushing his own teeth). Dr. Cho and his assistant continued to work displaying great bedside manner talking with my son explaining what each tool that will be used to fixed his cavity. My son is a questions sort of fella (as most kids are), but this helped him to relax; which allowed Dr. Cho to continue on with the filling no fuss or tears. (Even when applying the local anesthetic). Anyways great job! my family continues to appreciate your professionalism and family atmosphere at Opitz Family Dental

My appointment was on a Monday and I started running a fever on Sunday. I called first thing in the morning, before the office even officially opened to reschedule, and they told me it would be a $50 fee without a doctors note. If my appointment was on a Tuesday and I called on a Monday to reschedule I wouldn’t have to have a doctors note so that policy is BS. I’m going in the office even though I’m sick because I’m not going to be charged a $50 fee and I won’t be returning.

Which stinks because I’ve never had a bad experience at this office, I’ve been going for years and travel 45 minutes from my home to continue to go to the office because I like the dentist. There are a lot of options for dentists in the area and this experience has made up my mind to find a new office since this office doesn’t seem to give any leeway for their rescheduling practices, even in the event of sickness.

I’ve always struggled with poor teeth due to genetics and have visited many dentists over the years. Finding Optiz Family Dental was a stroke of luck! Dr. Cho is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands how to care for his patients.

He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, making me feel confident and comfortable. The entire staff is also exceptionally kind and helpful. Trust me—you won’t regret choosing them for your dental care!
