I had an emergency appointment today 7-9-25 I thought one of my implants was presenting an issue it was very painful. I was seen by Dr. Oppenheimer who found the cause of my pain to be the gums around the implant and not the implant.

He performed a procedure that alleviated the pain and discomfort immediately it is now 9:30 pm and I feel like nothing is wrong with my mouth. I have been a patient with Oppenheimer Dentistry for 8 years and this outcome is typical of the care I have received during that time

Rude. Instead of a phone call back received a text message stating they don’t take my insurance anymore, called because I was having some urgent dental issues that needed to be addressed. I had been in last year but was pregnant at the time and put off my dental work because of that. That visit was also not the best experience.

It felt like they were trying to sell me all these other procedures while I was really only concerned about one tooth. Would have been nice to speak to a human to address my concerns. I would recommend going elsewhere, my experience felt very dismissive and uncaring.

My beloved dentist retired and I begrudgingly looked for a new one. Had my first appointment at Oppenheimer today and they are fantastic! First pain-free, no flinching teeth cleaning I have maybe ever had. Can’t stop running my tongue over my teeth because they feel so clean!!! I have found my new dentist!!!
